A window cleaner fell through one a couple of months ago in Stevenage where I am and had to be airlifted to hospital.Very, very lucky to be alive but will never work again.

I had one some years ago , when i got there he was up on a stepladder wire brushing the roof because it looked dirty !
He then started down the ladder , it sank in the flower bed and he went flying into deep shrubs backwards , his wife came running out , so i explained the situation of what he was doing and to the material he was doing it to , i said i would pull him out , wash my hands and clear off until the dust had settled (so to speak) , i never went back as he could be trying to service the boiler next time.

At 91 years of age it isn't going to be his problem for much longer.
