Once custy has signed up. Do you bill them straight from cleaner planner? How long before the money is taken from customers bank account?

i do. takes 3-4 days to take from there account ( i believe) and about 10 days until it gets into your account, but i have noticed after a few payments there reaching my account in about 9 days from the day you start the payment.

It takes 1 week to arrive in your account.

Ours goes like:

Friday (8am) - start payment.
Wednesday - money leaves their bank
Friday (3pm) - money arrives in my bank.

The first payment takes 1 extra working day to go through so you would get it on Monday .

The time you start it makes a difference too, if you do it after 11am it takes an extra day. Bank holidays also slow it down.

I found it a bit of a pain tbh with go cardless payments. You'd do the clean and take payment and then it would normally take 10 days or so by the time the payment actually clears onto the account.

Now I just process all dd payments to come out of customers bank accounts on the 28th of the month and get all the dosh in one lump sum.
