Title: waterproof trousers for the warmer months

need a new pair lads.what do you guys wear?

ive had a pair of sprayway all day rain pants for a few years and they ve been great but their knackered now.cost me £90 but they keep you cool and dry.ive got 2 pairs of ski pants which are good for wet winter working but too warm for spring/summer.

If you want the best you need to get Paclite Goretex.

i dont mean overtrousers.i mean ones you wear all day not over your others ones.

I bought two pairs of Regatta light weight trousers from eBay for £15 (for both) - very pleased with them! If it rains they dry out pretty quickly. During the recent heat-wave I wore shorts!

I carry a pair of waterproof over-trousers in the van but I can't remember the last time I wore them. These over-trousers were from the days when I used to work for Unigate (25+ years ago). NB: I do work in light rain but won't work if it's torrential rain all day!

Crag hopers aqua dry, need re proofing now and then, it's all I wear about £35-40 a pair when in sale not sure usual price, I normally by 4 at a time

But I wear all time even when not working
