They are reviewing all the window cleaning prices at present. I speak with one of the regional managers n they say price variation on some stores is huge. I expect these to go national soon enough.
-
Not surprised we have 2 in Rotherham 1 on new retail park has loads of glass also town centre shop has 5 very large panes and entrance.
-
When Commercial prices for window cleaning are reviewed, most go national!!!!!!
commercial window cleaning is like being a football manager,
You'll get the sack!!!!!

ive never cleaned a shop front in 24 years of window cleaning.ive always refused them or passed them on. ;D
-
Scotland.
I have heard that all stores in region asked managers to get prices of all stores and there is a huge variation on prices. They are defo looking at it.
-
I avoid the discount retailers. Had call wanting cheapest quote. But I refused telling them they are not the right client for me due to them prioritiaing price above quality.
-
Think it's same everywhere massive variations in prices. Do you do many up there mate?
-
Only clean 2. Be worrying for guys who do a few of them.
-
Store fronts are a risky customer these days as most high street stores are really struggling.
Iv just lost 2 store 21s as they have gone into liquidation, lost a cinema last year as they went national and a massive harvester I clean completely stops window cleaning over winter as they can't afford it all year round.
Expect more to go with the new business rate changes. My local Game store is a casualty of that, closed 2 weeks ago as their rent was no longer viable.

Could be worse - you could be cleaning the £1 shops!
-
stick to domestic and other commercial.
