I've noticed my pole hose has expanded alot, almost to the size of my 6mm hose on reel,is this normal in warm weather, the pole is about 3 months old, after the univalve is fine in the gooseneck.

Same problem with mine, it's making the tubeless ejector sleeve a pain to use as it doesn't slide up and down smoothly.
I think the only cure is new pole hose.

If it's the yellow stuff it does do that sometimes in the warm. Not usually for about 12 months though.

I had the same problem when using the yellow PVC hose. Try switching to the green PU pole hose.

Change to pu hose - I'm surprised that you haven't already as you have a uni valve

Problem I'm finding with PU hose though is it kinks at the bottom of the pole when I stand the pole up or especially when I put poles back in their tube holders in the van. It eventually splits after 6 months or so. I was thinking of putting sponge or similar at the base of my pole holders (4" soil pipe) in my van. Any ideas?
