Can anyone make sense of this for me?

Not my bill.

Is that a standard metered bill? It it normal for them to be analysing settled samples?

I live in the wrong part of the country. My bill is over £900 for a year. Love to pay £50 a month.

It's £50 a quarter (90 days actually) but alas it isn't mine. Or any window cleaner for that matter.

I've just never seen a bill like it. Turns out it isn't a water bill it's a trade effluent bill which is massively more expensive p/l.
