This goes out to all you kind hearted people,
I'm in desperate need of some kind of terms and conditions, I've got an appointment to see the bank manager tomorrow and i've spent so long writing my business plan and formulating all my market research, while generating some business that i've overlooked the huge part of the T&C's.
I've been planning this for so long i can't believe that i've overlooked, i have everything in place apart from this
please please please help!!!!!!

p.s Ive looked all over this forum and all i could find was a link to SCFS but could not find any there either

Why are you seeing your bank manager? If its to set up a new cleaning company then I don't think they'll be too bothered about looking at your T&C's. When we went to our bank manager, she just quickly skimmed over our business plan and finance outlook. Never once asked for T&C's, however yours may be different...
If you are really struggling would it be so terrible to nick a few ideas from other cleaning websites- most of the T&C's are standard to every cleaning company anyway so I don't see the harm, but thats up to you. Good luck!!
