Was flagging a bit this morning so stopped at local asda for some body fuel.

Instead of the coffee i opted for a can of monster fooooowheeeee! Was the new 0 sugar one although when i looked there is a few grams but not much.

Ive been home about 20 mins already, didnt miss a single thing. Must of shaved an hour off my day.

Im well aware this stuffs bad for you and Im not saying drink it everyday, but once or twice a month if you need a rocket to fly on try this stuff. Energy and focus what a winning combo. Off for jog, a fast 1..........

It's a bit like some pre work out stuff I take , gives you a great workout. After a while you feel like you need it every gym session and then your hooked . Defo works though!

I used to take pre-workouts, had a bad experience with some so never again.

I stopped my usual 2 cups of coffee a day and now drink it occasionaly(pre-workout) and it works like magic again.

Anything you use too often your body will adjust to and then you need more and more to get the same effect.

Just use when you realy need it, and hold on tight!

Never noticed any effect from coffee or these type of drinks.

Ha....yeah its bad I think the last 1 I had, had some illegals in it.

Have you tried garlic for pre-workout? Use it with vitamin c and it makes your skin tingle like arginine. A couple of cloves chopped up and swallowed and a tomato or something else high in vit c gives you super blood flow, some use it for ED (limp dick).

The strong men of old used to use for added vigour.

I drink a lot of tea and coffee so caffeine probably so.. but energy drinks rarely. 

Quite happy to have a large coffee just before bed and drop off very quickly so I must be immune to its stimulating effects.

gotta get your de-loads in. One every 4 weeks then build intensity up for next 3 weeks before next one.

  they don't effect me either but i was on a lot of coffee,     since jan ive been on green tea only but tried a coffee , a pint, before my last 2 hiit sessions and as usual   not the slightest buzz

i have a caffeine tablet  and a coffee before gym sometimes but i wont buy  the expensive pre workout stuff or energy drinks.

as for eating raw garlic before working out.NO WAY!theres far too many nice women that go to my gym!itll make you stink really bad esp when sweating! ::)roll ;D ;D

nope i never take a week off unless im sick but i only workout 3 or 4 times a week so sometimes i go 4 days without the gym.thats my break.

  they don't effect me either but i was on a lot of coffee,     since jan ive been on green tea only but tried a coffee , a pint, before my last 2 hiit sessions and as usual   not the slightest buzz
green tea also has caffeine, you can get decaff.

nope i never take a week off unless im sick but i only workout 3 or 4 times a week so sometimes i go 4 days without the gym.thats my break.
a de-load is just a week at less intensity/volume. its not a week off its a period of a cycle.

haha...its not about how you smell, thats what lynx is for.
