Title: help with a stain

hi, recently did a regular customers lounge, newish wool carpet, cream, i think its the stardard new build carpet fitted by devoplers.

tried to remove alchol stain, with stain pro. it changed colour from yellow to darker close to brown. ???

anyone got advice what i could try on it?

can no one help, :( have i made the stain perment, i think i read some were if it changes colour thats the case.

Try this,

Rinse out, Neutral pro-spotter, blot, Coffee stain remover, blot,  Fibre & Fabric rinse, final rinse with water.

thanks Martin i will try that ;D in fact im going to write it down, and get chems in morning, thats all prochem what my local supplier stocks too ;D

Craig,

I'm not saying it will work coz the stain may be set, but thats the text book approach that I would take initially.

i know it may not work, ill try it though i got no better ideas ;D and custy relly like to see it gone.
