  100% WFP for exterior,  100% Trad for interiors obviously  :)

Custards tend not to like wfp method used on insides for some strange reason.
It has been said to me more than once "you're not going to use that pole thingy on the inside of my house/ conservatory  now are you?" lol

I trad some windows on massive flat roof extensions where it would be a pain to take my pole up there

You forgot to add the following options:

Karcher window vac, Dragon fly or any other internal pole kit or methods you may care to mention.

Though I think of myself as 100% wfp, I reckon I'm actually about 98% wfp. I have trad tools in the vehicle but they are seldom used.  I use a 25 ltr PF trolley for virtually everything

Any method  that produces the results in the fastest time  although a try to avoid climbing ladders.

95% wfp and do some bungalows trad. Given the choice, I'd have a round fully made up of trad bungalows.

100% wfp insides

Puts a stop to "can you do my insides today".
Yeah sure, if you want all your carpets ruined.

Or better still a steam cleaner using just pure water as saves all the mess using a washer indoors. lol
