Title: Help pressure washing keywords??

Hello all.
Im having a little trouble sorting out my adwords campaign keywords.
Could anybody be kind enough to give me a little help with some of the best keywords that have worked for them?

I would sort out your website content first. Including landing pages , seo etc before paying out for an adwords campaign.
