Post by: NWH on March 31, 2017, 10:14:44 pm
Mine turned up today looks really good quality I'm gonna fit it tomorrow or Sunday, the thing is it has 4 holes to screw  it down but one of them is directly under the motor and looks like you can't get one of the screws into it,anyone got round this problem with one. Thanks.

Hi

If it's the electric one the torque is so gentle I have only used three self tapers

Just make sure it's flat and the drum runs really smooth and runs freely before you give it the final resting place

It's very hard to fit under the motor unles you have a bolt in place coming up from  underneath

In my T5 they were fixed only by a cable tie over on one corner and were happy over 10 months like that

Hope you enjoy

I used the three you can access and then put another two but using washers with the screw up against the inner edge of the base plate. Worked well.

How much easier have they made my life

More like given me a life back, used to go chiropractor every months sometimes twice, and sports therapy twice month
Haven't been to chiropractor for 8 months, she said something with my work has changed, she didn't even know about hose reel

Just go sports therapist now to keep everything thing. Loose

The weight of winding in was just killing by lower back and shoulders

I've even put just blue exceed pole hose on reel and use the excess tubeless  kit

Not tired form work anymore only occasional headaches, so I find working day is easier and mir enjoyable
