Couldn't believe what I read £50 an hour four hours a day no collecting he's getting fed up that's a window cleaners dream I smell a bit off Billy bull here
-
Hes still got time to sell cheap motors.......do a google search on the mobile No. ;D ;D
-
it sounds realistic to me earnings wise.(maybe the work will take a bit longer to clean).obviously the expenses he s put down are not full expenses(taxes, insurances, workwear, cleaning equipment,MOT,repairs, water bill, etc, etc).
i usually make more than 30k profit a year (after ALL taxes, insurances and expenses have been deducted) but i work more hours. ;)
-
I see he had tried to sell it through bidding, he got £41.10 and refused to sell after getting payment. lol.
-
Somethings not right when guys on fleebay will pay £200 for a used five year old CLX18 and wont go above £41.10
for a £31k round with equipment.
-
I see somebody left him negative feedback because the 36ft Brodex Alloy never turned up, some people just don't
realise when luck is on their side.

That's why i sell my poles on eBay but would never sell a round there.
One man's rubbish is another man's treasure, yet try and sell your treasure there and you'll get rubbish bids.
Its full of dodgy geezers and you really need to be cautious about buying and selling anything on that site.
My brother just bought a north face coat for £80 which he insists is the real deal. I took one look at it and knew it was fake. The stitching was shocking and already starting to fray in multiple places.

defo comment of the year,
The guy is massively understating his expenses, not worth 16k either for the amount of customers, I could have a serious amount of lealets delivered for that and get much more

Makes you wonder why they're selling if it's such a great business ???

50 squid an hour should be doable down south right?
Not too unrealistic looks a nice round.
-
Looks alright. £180 a year per customer, that's good going concern.
You want to be making at least £100 a year per customer. Less than that and it's not sustainable.

BIt of a broad statement. Based on what?
Why does each customer have to make you at least 100 year?

Credit cards up to the max eh.

Its the postage of £15 I also find interesting.

He's advertising a Peugeot 307 56 plate Hdi.
It has an issue with the starter motor. STARTER MOTOR IS ON THE WAY OUT. STILL STARTS PERFECT BUT A SCREECHING SOUND IS BEGINNING. THEY ARE £20 FROM A SCRAPYARD AND 10 MIN JOB TO DO.
This sounds like a bit of a 'wide boy', a wheeler dealer.
The screeching noise is most likely from the dual mass flywheel and that won't cost £20 and 10 min job. Kind of gives me an idea of the guy who is selling the round. Sorry, I maybe wrong but those are my first impressions and I'm sticking with it.
He won't find many window cleaners with £16015 to pay for the round in our part of the world.

Worst things in the world if you cant handle your finances a must have if you can, guarantees your purchases, safer than using
a debit card which gives access to your money, even if you pay it back every month and never pay a penny interest it still gives
you an excellent credit rating and access to cheap loans should you ever need one.
-
Starter motor ...10 minute job.
-
credit cards are handy.ive got a £5600 limit on mine and 28 months interest free!great for booking holidays or spreading the cost of larger purchases.i pay mine off in full every month.in fact ive never paid a penny in interest! ;)
on topic the seller sounds like a real wide boy! ;D........tread with caution!
-
No doubt credit cards are handy.
I have an account where I put money into it. I only spend on what is needed, and any surplus accumilates. If I need credit card type potection I use my prepaid credit card.
I never want to be in any debt again. But then again anyone who has been through bankruptcy before will feel the same.
I don't have any debts, and wish to stay that way. 8)
