Title: 5 star window cleaners *****
Post by: paul alan on March 18, 2017, 08:41:27 pm
In all honesty, How many stars would you rate your service?

For you, what separates the best from the rest?

What could you do to improve your service, or are you at the top of your game?

I would prefer to let my customers be the judge of how good my service is.

My ethos is very simple: do a good job, be reliable, polite, professional and reasonably priced.

They're the last people to ask. Miserable lot!

Received this morning.

"Now the gutter has been replaced I have transferred the £250 into the bank account as detailed on our invoice.

Please let me know if there are any issues with this payment.

Thank you again for the great service and we will be recommending you to our family and friends.

We are very happy with the professionalism and pleased we have found a new window cleaning service."

We broke their gutter.  :-[

Was that the one you had to pay out £180 for someone else to fix it?

Yes.  :'(

Underpriced as it ended up taking two of us all afternoon and had to pay £180 to sort it.

That was a big learning curve for sure but easily done all the same.

How did you break the gutter
With a Gardiner's spike. They were old and I guess brittle and very blocked. Unfortunately they were too high for a double ladder. Needed a triple and I don't have one. Very unexpected.

I disagree on the price bit though.  What some may think is reasonable others may think it's too cheap. Then some might think it's way too expensive so you just can't win. The hard bit is to try and get as much as you can for  every job so you don't end up having to run around like a headless chicken. lol
