Anyone know where I can get one of them from? Prochem have one in stock but cant do it for 2 weeks!!! :o
Suppose I could just buy it from Prochem and find someone to fit it on for me.
The 3 way valve is the thing behind the chemical priming numpty. The chemical jug keeps filling up and now if I turn the numpty to `on`, it primes instead!
Cheers

Hi Clive, this happened to me a few times with my blazer,it was usually a worn out diaphragm.
-
Come on Clive - get Prochem to send it down to you return. It ain't rocket science to fit one of these yourself - or get Bob to sort it out for you
-
Ha Ha, can you imagine Bob and I with a couple of spanners in our hands scratching our heads wondering how to attack it?!!
Ps why has the word numpty changed to numpty?
-
It`s done it again, I`ll try and spell it differently... gnob!
-
Clive,i would say its the diaphragm

Hi Brendan,
I had the Diaphram repaced a few months ago but that didnt fix the problem. Prochem replaced the two brass nuts at the front and said that should sort it. Cost me over a hundred quid and exactly the same happened on my very next job. theyve had the chemical pump apart and back together again so I think this is the last resort. I`ve been getting by by taking one of the pipes out of the chemical jug and just letting it leak outside the van but now its gone beyond that and I cant even turn the chemical gnob to the on position as it pours out. I have to spell gnob that way because if I spell it the proper way, the system turns the word to numpty!!!

Sound Clive,frustrating stuff....
