I'm thinking a dash cam is the way forward.

I'm thinking a dash cam is the way forward.
Spruce I've been using a dash cam in the van for a while now.
The silent witness and all that.
-
Shame there wasn't a mattress aswell could have had a lie down to get over shock 😊
-
yep got a dash cam driver put his hands up told me that he as been telling the company about it .but they have done nowt about it so I have stuck them in to the police I wonder if I could sue them

I wonder if I could sue them
That's what insurance is there for.
-
the insurance is sorted they are picking it up tomorrow its for using the van with no side gate it had been stolen of the van some time ago and never replaced so that must be negligence knowingly using it ,it could have caused a major pile up luckily that part of the motor way is quiet at that time another hour and it may have been a different story
-
Thats probably the reason they was on at that time not as much traffic
-
They should be prosecuted for driving with an unsafe load.
-
They probably will after the police have seen the incident on the dash cam footage.
Also with the insurance claim you should be able to claim for loss of earnings etc too.
