Hi all, i have an inside outside window clean tomorrow, there are the original stickers from when the windows were installed
from new from some years back, I've told the customer i will try my best with these, but can't guarantee it will come off,
has anyone any tips on the best way of having a go at this, scrapers chemicals etc, any advice appreciated.

 Best regards

I use a fresh blade on my scraper.  Obviously not dry!

-
Wd40 is awesome on plastic at getting off sticky residue- it might be the same on glass however iv not tried it

-
				This might work https://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=293673837&gclid=CPuOqIHy0NICFdLSGwod15YMEg&gclsrc=ds

Nail varnish remover also sometimes works too or zoff wipes (available at pharmacists)

Clean scraper and just remember to only scrape in one direction. DO NOT scrape in a back and forth motion or you risk scratches, just scrape once going up the glass, lift the scraper off the glass and wipe with a clean cloth before scraping again.
Soak the area first in plenty of soap to lubricate the area and you'll be fine, no other chemicals needed.

Thanks guys for all of your advice, very much appreciated.

Try this he's based in Ireland.
Scroll down to Bio Kleen tar, gum and sticky residue remover.
Never tried it but tried a lot of their other stuff and it all performs well.

Just soap the stickers up, after a min or so re wet them u will see there already coming off, then use a scraper and job done give a little rub over were the sticker has been and alls Is left is to clean the glass.

If u want to buy a product, clover chems tar & glue remover 5L bottle about £10 from ics
