Hi all, I've been lurking about for over a year now and want to thank everyone for their great advice/ideas etc.
I usually can find the answer to my questions by doing a search and trawling through the pages for a couple of hours, however, I can't find the answer to this one.
I am hoping to start getting contracts for office cleans etc. and as I work for six cleaning companies at the mo (62.5hrs a week!), I've managed to find a few terms and conditions document.
One is quite simple, whereas the other is written in legaleze and is small-print, professional etc.
Basically I was wondering if I insert my business' name where there's was/is would this be okay? Maybe change the order or wording, making it 'different'

You can change your T&Cs to suite, as long as you client agree,s with them, remember they are your terms and conditions ;)

But in this case the T&C's are another companies and I want to use them myself, but put my name on/in.
I don't want to fork out money for a solicitor when I could just copy someone elses. From what I've read on here the solicitor copies it out of a book anyway apparently.
I know it sounds lazy and perhaps morally wrong(?), but I just don't have that much money (not to potentially waste anyway)
