Title: employing again
Post by: edward1 on March 08, 2017, 09:46:21 am
hi guys,
just thought id put this out and c what u guys think,
After employing people 20 yrs I lost a big contract and am now back on my own.(I never found employing easy ,but did make profit ,at one point had 8 employees.)

Now im to busy again and can not cope with the work load im also over 50.
If my sums are correct if I employee someone I should after costs make 13/15 k net  per van.
so u need 3 vans to make one income. And probably 4 to make it pay.

the draw is that the work is there ,it can be done ,the rub is that employing is a pain.and running 4 vans is   a job ,a lot of work and quite an investment.
