Hi All,
I'm relatively new to Soft Washing...
How much would you guys charge to clean the render shown in the pictures?

For that I would want about 2K plus hire cost for any suitable access equipment required to make it worth my while. That would be a sh softwash first followed by a treatment of ddac. I also would want to do a survey on the guttering & downspouts as looks like they are blocked too.

It's all pretty low level... It would be possible to clean from the ground, apart from accessing the flat roof for the front section.
We actually clear the gutters on the building twice a year, but that particular section gets full constantly - its a troff more than a gutter... The building maintenance team are supposed to clear it once a month, but they never do!

I found doing a test area on the day of the quote with a sh softwash mix normally sells it to them there and then no matter what you price it up as. Most will also want the ddac treatment afterwards too so you have just doubled the price for the job. lol

What do you mean by a 'sh' softwash please? Is that spraying on hypo, then rinsing off? Would you rinse off with a pressure washer?

However to help cut down overspray/chem drift it's sometimes better to apply with a wfp brush rather than a nozzle.
