Title: Vinyl floor coating

Hi,
We have been asked to give a price for coating a new vinyl floor (2500 sq m) in a warehouse. They want 2 coats then 1 coat and polish. What price do you recommend. I'm great at pricing paving and exterior cleans and my guys are great at vinyl floors but what to charge!!!!

Depends on price of materials and  labour, 
And how long it's going to take. Once you have worked out your costs allow for your profit margin and quote accordingly. If your guys are great at vinyl floors that suggests you have a degree of experience in this field, so seems a strange question to ask.

Hi Sid, can't help with the pricing but what time frame do you give to custy , the life expectasy of your sealer ?
