Title: has anyone ever turned an upright tank on its side!

just measuring my van for a custom tank and was looking at my current tank and thought if i could turn it on its side without the cap leaking it would be a perfect size tank!
has anyone done this or managed to seal a cap well enough ???

yeah forget that question lol just looking at price of standard sized tanks i might as well just get one of them and replace mine ;D
