Title: Pump speed
Post by: best on February 11, 2017, 11:29:51 am: I have 2 100psi pumps with the same lpm out put. But I use 2 different flow controllers.
Unfortunately 1 is turned up to the maximum and the water comes out of the jet about 12 to 18 inches.
The other is only one is on half flow, but comes out of the jet at least twice as far, with more left in reserve.
Why?

Post by: ֍Winp®oClean֍ on February 11, 2017, 11:50:25 am: Check the pump strainer on the slow flow pump, if it's partially clogged up you will get these symptoms. If you go through any DI vessels after this pump then also check the vessel's internal strainers on the riser tube. There seems to be some kind of restriction, other than that you may have air in the system.

Here are some answers to the questions :
They are both using a 6mm hose, but the slower one is 100m, faster 50m
They have individual power supply (2 batteries)
No Di Vessel in the van.
