Title: Fastar 8lpm fittings?
Post by: SB Cleaning on February 08, 2017, 08:04:35 pm
Hi all

Could someone who runs one of these please tell me what fittings I will need for the inlet/outlet to connect to my male fitting on hose reel?

Also will the double decker hose reels from pure freedom handle hot water?

Thanks  :)

Both water conections are standard 1/2". The Pure Freedom reel will have no problems, its the hose you need to look at,most are certified for hot but I should check.

car radiator hose from hot outlet to reel mate.around £5 from a car spares shop.heavy duty QR fittings from gardiners and you ll be good to go.

dont forget to double jubilee clip everything and use a power tool to get them extra tight as hot water will find a way through if fittings are not really tight.
