Absolutely brilliant! Ive used gardiner for lots of small parts n brushes etc and always been impressed.
I made a mistake getting all my equipment in one go at one place, PureFreedom as i originally wanted gardiner poles. Now i have. Ordered my slx25 yesterday and received it this morning before i took my lad to school. Like a big kid im opening it all up now.
Thank you gardiner.

Fantastic pole. Great choice of length too. I'm on my second one in approx 9 years- used as my every day pole for 99% of my work!

Opening it now get some work done you lazy git lol 😉

Alex and Gardiner are excellent.
He is a very clever guy. They don't really do "social media" and I think that's why you see so very little bad press about them.
Yes I am hardcore Gardiner fan but I was ready to quit WFP as I couldn't hack pole weights etc due to a previous injury.
Extreme poles and extreme brushes helped me so much.
That was 6 years ago! So thankful for them and Alex.
Had a couple of small issues with packages but there customer service is brill.
I don't get the whole " I ordered my pole on Sunday at 11pm, wasnt isn't here Monday" these sort of plebs give the industry a bad name.

I did make this post at half 9 chaps.
Im now out enjoying the pole. My other pole is a carbon pole from purefreedom, think its the v2 range and cant remember length, think its a 25ft or 26ft working height. Its a great pole but the clamps arent brill, had to fix them several times within the near 2 yrs of using it. It was an everyday pole. BUT this slx25 is so much lighter, esp with the ultimate brush medium/soft on it.
Another revelation: i get on great with taps n holster on belt. Always praised this method, but bumped into a friend who has the gardiner twist neck on pole, going to order one for my now spare pole for back pack on windows n keep my Phoenix 26ft as my softwash pole.
Oh happy days (or it could be the caffeine talking ;D)

err brushes , not hard to do the maths 4xvans each having 2 poles that's 8 brushes and two for stock changing all our workers brushes as well

I have had my gardiner pole now 3 years, its starting to show signs of wear so i reckon ill get another year or two out of it. Its my only pole now, its light and thin enough to use low, and long and stiff enough to reach 4 th floors. Why buy another one,?
Now a company that was awful...Brodex. truly bad
-
Funnily enough I was in Air Force in Leeds this morning and was trying the SLX 25 out nice and stiff and light.
Presume it will reach those high 2nd floor new builds they do nowadays.
-
I have a slx 25 with 1 extension on. Would want to lug that about all day.I use SLX 18 and if it doesn't reach , I drag the 25 out.
Had golfers and tennis elbow opp. Keep it as light as possible guys. A lighter pole could make your joints last 10 years more

Never had a problem with Gardiners in 7 years...
Had a resin bowl delivered today...I have been using a big plastic spoon since I started and its a terrible job takes ages! Looks like it will be a lot quicker with this ;)
Like the new red pens too ;D

Jands I were at that place at Leeds last week I think he makes his prices up as he goes along he says cash buy get cheaper but won't get a receipt. I checked Internet other day and could have bought everything cheaper with a receipt
-
The price he offered me at was the same as Gardiners.
Great place for little bits like the smaller o clips I needed if you need them straight away.
Only 20 mins or so drive away for me as well.
-
He does make the prices up as he goes along . But some things are cheaper . Resin £70 a sack gardiners brushes £25 . Odd little bits may be more expensive . But I buy everything off him . Brilliant advice and will always let you try stuff and sort any issues with your system . He once sorted my controller out took him 15 minutes of messing but no charge . He even loaned me a pole for a week no charge . I usually go over every couple of months when it's peeing it down . Get a sarnie from the shop on the corner and then have a route about and a chat while checking out what's new . Plus your supporting a local business with hands on advice and not on the end of a phone or computer . Plus loads of second hand stuff as well .

Thank you gardiner.
I always use gardiner. Great service etc... however this week I needed some scrims & couldn't see any on the gardiner site so I used the cleaning warehouse at willenhall & bought a few other bits while I was at it. Ordered it Wednesday literally dead on 1pm & paid for it & paid for postage!!! It's now Saturday afternoon & still no delivery. No email to say it's been sent or delayed. Total poop & after this order I'll never use them again (it's not the 1st time they've messed me about either)....

Its always disappointing when you expect the same level of service as your used to. The three companies i use are;
For traditional i use soapnational.co.uk. great customer service and if u place order on phone and depending on order, they will pick the cheapest option for you. Never had a problem with them over 14yrs.
Pure freedom, i traveled to them for my diy wfp kit when i first switched. After that any order ive placed as normally been next day delivery and certainly not more than 2.
Tho never really see them spend time on this forum.
Gardiner, dont think anyone has a bad word to say about them really. As we know, Alex dabbles on this forum as well
