I try and clean outside of mine as it gets dirty from a perception point of view. However cleaning the cab out is another story!
-
Every Friday.
-
Every Good Friday.

I try n keep back of my van tidy so it doesnt need cleaning regular or anything. Yep agree on the cab section, when i cant see my seats anymore than its time to tidy ;D
Outside of van, i pick my kids up from school. They finish at half 3 but to get parked up you have to be there at 3. So if vans dirty, i whip out the brush n give it a once over.
Just waiting for other parents to ask so i can charge em to clean their cars ;D

Every Sunday
Weather permitting
-
Never
I get the polish chaps down the road to do it for me
-
Ebery day. And if it gets dirty may give it a once over in t he middle of the day.
-
When I first got it it was every week. Now I do the outside with the wfp every so often but only half arsed. Inside maybe once a month when you can't see the floor or seats for empty crisp packets and mouldy sarnies
-
I try to clean in wuth wfp at the end of the day, on my last job when i have finished and am about to go home
-
Usually once a week but as my van is white and really shows the dirt I have sometimes done it mid week between jobs - usually just from the "waist" down - i.e. bonnet and door mirrors and lower.
-
usually once a week at least(outsides).inside cab about once every 3 months........but as ive just received my new van then more often! ;D ;D ;D
-
Mine gets cleaned every time it rains.
-
I wipe mine down with a damp microfibre whenever it starts to look grubby so about once a week. I do the cab and load area at the same time.

-
Whenever the wife's got time.
-
Every other day on the outside at the minute..inside every Friday
-
At least once a week , white vans are a PITA .

why?your not a builder!a smart clean appearance makes a huge difference in this game IMO.

By the sound of it most cleaners tend to be a wee bit ocd ;D
-
You cant turn up saying your an expert cleaner or exterior cleaner whilst your van is looking filthy.......dont yhink people believe its because your too busy to clean it 😂
-
Most custards don't give a fig what vehicle you use looks like.

Glad you know my custopmers better than me.

A cleaner that walks his round, pushes a cart, uses a bike, drives an old car or van don't mean they are less a window cleaner now does it. ::)roll

It doesnt, but appearances are judged and i suppose it depends which areas residentially you wish to work in. In well off areas i imagine appearances are judged a while lot more. Unless you wish them to take pitty on the poor begger of a window cleaner ;D

It don't matter how posh the gaff is either as at then end of the day they just want their windows cleaned like everyone else.
I think most of the snobbery comes from window cleaners themselves not custards as it seems quite a few think they are better than everyone else. ;D

true but putting over a clean professional image is good for business esp in affluent areas ive found.the van is "the shop window".IMO your more likely to get the larger domestic properties/better paying jobs if you look smart and professional.

I clean the back of the van roughly every 2 weeks, or every week if i get some spare time. Outside of van, i pay the local romanian car wash £7 and they do a proper good job once a month. Inside of the cab, i tidy once a week, and give a proper thorough clean/polish once a month usually on a sunday afternoon when im bored out of my mind :P

Or still lose out to a window cleaner that can actually do a good job that has been recommended by others wearing a hoodie, trakie bottoms and drives an old motor ;D
