Buffalo belay jackets for me. I don't work in torrential rain so warmth first waterproofness second.

bergaus or north face i buy mate.their ok but are usually knackered after 2 years using them for work.i re proof them every so often too.

my logo d fleeces keep me warm in winter and the goretex shell keeps me dry(ish) and protects me from the wind. :)

I have always used designer winter coats and this year tried a cheap padded hi-viz coat and it`s been just as the designer ones I bought from  Go Outdoors. Will not be payment excess of a 100 quid anymore.

I think i will buy a decent one. Paid £150 for shoes and they have been a godsend in the wet and comfy!

Paramo are very good 100% waterproof and breathable I found the gortex jackets /coats  didn't last long and I sweat like mad in them
