Hi guys!!

I was wondering what people include in their written quotes.

Is it just the price and descripction of the job?

Or maybe also a short bit about the company?

any comments?

if anyone could send me their sample quote , that would be great

Hi martin,

you could add the details about what will be cleaned on what day, plus exactly waht you will be cleaning(offices, loos, boardrooms etc)
attach a copy of your P.L.I. details
A brief discription of any other services you supply(windows, carpets etc)
terms and conditions
health and safety policy
2 contracts to sign(one for you and a copy for them)
