i use a 700l tank, not insulated and work up north, i dont know but maybe this might help someone
1. my hose reals are mounted in to the tank, i use a 12v air pump and conect it to my hoses with poles connected and blow all the air out from the hose
2. i put three stainless steal 500 w aquarium heaters in the tank, which inst insulated at 8 o clock (after jiu jitsu)
3. i leave for work at 6 am and the water is warm
4. it stays warm and hose are supple all day

I do similar, use approx 4 x 300w in static
Decant to can in morning, stays warm till approx 2/3 pm depending on ambient temp, and if I keep all rear doors closed.

I have an upright 400ltr static system at home. I heat my water as I transfer it to 8x 25ltr barrels. Then move them to my car. They stay warm right down till I use the last one between 2 and 3pm.
I built a cabin in my garden that houses the the tank, RO, and charging station for my trolley. I've also plumbed in an L5 propane heater. I just go out at 7.30am, open the door, turn on the gas, switch on the pump and stick the hose in a barrel and set a timer for 9mins (9mins/barrel). Then, whilst I'm getting ready my water is heating, and it's all done by the time I'm ready to set off.
