Hi I have a little work for sale £69 is the work value. Nice little addition to somebody's round in the area. I am looking for 3 x the value of the work. The work consists of 2 shops 1 house and 3 bungalows will take no time to do but a nice little earner. I bought this work a couple of months ago but it hasn't worked out with me having to travel such a distance to get there. If you are interested give me a call on 07549 291005.
