Post by: Dave Willis on December 23, 2016, 01:36:34 pm
My wife went crazy at me because she saw me spending too much time on here when I could have been working. I told her it was completely harmless and she said if she catch me on CIU again shes gunna swipe my head across the keyboard.  😏😏😏 As you can see I clearly don't give a fuucjqjajbrbnsneklsms E d hdkwkndhdudkwnrbrieknrbdufjrjenf. Hi I'm Jules, Dai's daughter and a physiotherapist
I agree that the angle of your poles may be wrong, but when you spend most of your day looking up, it will naturally cause physical problems.
Try stretching your head down, several times a day, putting your hands on your head toi increase the stretch
It could also be  a problem with your trapezius muscle
Try these
