Does anyone else find there servers incredibly slow..?

Not really, I upgraded the router to a gaming router year ago due to downloading issues not printing issues

But to be honest out about 400  customers we only print about 2 invoices a week now

All our invoices are emailed to the customer or we collect via go cardless

Its not only printing, its just when you do anything in the software... Its so slooowwwww...

This is the reason why I decided not to move over to cloud based software.  There was a similar post the other day with Awoka being off line.

Same feeling too if it was my Internet has downtime.

Don't get me wrong, its brilliant. Made invoicing so much easier, just wished it was quicker..

I've been having broadband issues at the moment. Down to 0.09 Meg at times which, as we all know, is less than 0.

Cleaner planner still works but only just. Printing slips is the worst bit, I think its the downloading of a pdf file.

How quick is your t'internet andi wilson?

i find mine pretty fast most of the time and i only use a three dongle plugged into my laptop! :)

The slowness was one reason for not moving to CP.  Aworka is quick now after things were upgraded about a year ago.
