Title: Metal cladding cleaning advice!!

Hi,i have been asked to clean some metal cladding on a building which i clean. The problem is the black lines that are caused by the rubber around the windows  staining the metal over years when it rains. Pure water and scrubbing wont remove them!
Any ideas for fluid that i could use?
