Title: soft bonded armour film

Hi all, quick question, has any one any experience in cleaning this, its a film on the inside of windows in an office I have been asked to quote,   its not your normal anti glare film, been told I have to use a special detergent as the film absorbs water, apart from a dry cloth  not to sure what to use.
