Hi Guys, tried phoning Gardiners but as usual nobody picks up the phone. Pump Contoller calibration has been messed up by one of my workers. I'm out on the job and I need to know how to reset it quickly. If any one at Gardiners reads this please can u phone me, my numbers on the answering machine.

Ok I managed to get it working, not sure what I did though, just kept pressing buttons. Everyone at Gardiners can go back to sleep now. >:(

Just had a call from Gardiners, thank you. Apparently for future reference there is a user guide and video link at the bottom of the page showing the controller. Good to know.

For future reference you can also download the data sheet for the type of controllers commonly sold by wfp suppliers(rebranded) here http://springltd.co
From the top menu bar hover over wfp > select "controllers" > select "digital controllers " in your case> select the type of controller you have from the list. New page will open and just scroll down and click on "download data sheet" or “quick start guide” for liquid logic controllers"
They also have a good support faq's page here http://springltd.co/support
If you can’t find the answer you are looking for then you can always phone them up too as they make them.

I do mine a few times a year depending on how hot or cold the weather is

I can't see how a post on here will get you an answer more quickly than an email or leaving a voicemail.

I'd have thought the answer to that is obvious?

You wanted to cause them embarrassment?

Most suppliers will respond if they fear bad publicity, I had a call from them within 30 minutes after my post, I've waited days for a response when I just left a message on the answering machine.
It seems to be the policy at Gardiners to discourage people from phoning but use the website instead, it means they can deal with orders etc in their own time. I don't have a problem with that normally but when you need some technical advice with one of their products first thing on a Monday morning and it means you can't work I think a help line that is responded to quickly wouldn't be a bad idea.
Having said all that I like Gardiner products and as I said I had a helpful call from one of their team, so I'm not complaining.

I'm also betting whoever called you back was thinking "why don't you RTFM" but could not say that outloud ;D ;D

Plus side is there's a couple of good links been posted.
