as ive stated i got my tap pressure tested and very dissapointed.
would a plumber be able to add more pressure to my home.      its lower than i thought
looks like booster pumps always  no other water running at time of testing

could i still use a 4040 RO  setup.     obviously id need a booster pump , a good one

Thats just slightly less then mine ( mines about 22-23psi) so i use a booster pump with no problems with a 40/40. You need to find out what your flow rate is from the tap too as that plays a big part.

				Wow mines 115 psi

plumber sugested using a booster pump as i do now, if im looking to upgrade to a 4040  for next year     i will need a bigger booster pump from my one now will i,   atm   on my 300 ro,  i use  purefreedom aquatic 8800.

Have you checked your stop cock is wide open (usually under the kitchen sink) and the one in the road?

This^.
Also worth looking at getting the stop cock replaced. I was only getting 20psi from the tap, even with a booster pump the system struggled.
Had the stop cock replaced and pressure went up to 60 psi.
If you live in a hard water area the stop cock gets clogged up with limescale over time, reducing pressure.
