Can anyone using cleaner planner tell me if there is the option to print off customisable reports for payments including totals, job history etc

Aworka does pretty much most that we require,  Aworka does offer payment history but does not total up a selected week or month in customised report, unless selecting 'last week' or 'last month'

As our company is run on a franchise basis, I would like to have software with the following features -
Select any week / month in payments, a list of payment shown with totals

To ensure all rounds are running to schedule, We manually match all jobs on Aworka to jobs on a copy of George which is time consuming 

A software programme that tracks round activity, alerting us to unusual behaviour, rounds running behind, jobs skipped, back dated payments or jobs moved forwards  / backward etc would be a great asset, anyone know of such a software programme?

Cleaner planner will do a lot of what you've mentioned, but it would be best for you to contact them directly so you could explain exactly what your after, you will find rob very helpful.

You say on a Franchise basis, it is either a Franchise or it isn't, if you insist on this level of control. it is not a Franchise.

Our franchises come with work supplied, They have total control, we rarely get involved with established franchisees, new franchisees are a different matter,  The commission paid includes our back up / advice

We take our commission from payments received hence a tracking software program would benefit us to ensure no commission is missed, moving forward, we are looking at a fixed rate fee as an alternative so tracking would not be required for payments

franchisees only contact us when advice is required, Having a tracking system for late jobs  / alerting us to potential issues would allow us to take a step back and only contact them if we see a potential issue and to safeguard the work / their income

this place is full of people that just love to stick there noses into other peoples affairs  im surprised u even bothered to answer Steve,

In answer to your question ditto above email Rob , imo its the best s/w available and does everything i want it to.

Interesting reply Rogue Trader, if sticking a nose in helps a person who may be considering Franchising, then so be it. There is a fine line between Franchising, sub contracting and employment. Cross that line at your cost.
You have sold a business for the length of the licence, many people find it hard to understand that.

Rogue, yes I nearly didn't bother responding as the post came across like a 'know it all' with no constructive advice, I felt the need respond as you never know who is viewing these forums
