Title: Vw caddy tank install

A friend has asked me for advice.
He wants to install a 300 later upright tank in an 07 plate caddy using rachet straps.
Will this work?
After doing a little research about it this morning, I'm a bit apprehensive about advising him.

Yep, so open it up to us bunch of rogue traders  ::)roll  ;D

Advice him on what you know and the safety advice. Than advice him/her to do their own research and come to their own conclusions. Because ultimately the choice and responsibilty lies with them in a given situation.
