Hi All,
Does anyone happen to know whether the blue, 20 inch pre-filter housings are designed to withstand water pressures in excess of 100 psi? Say, up to 120 psi?

Hi Lee,
Thanks for your reply.
I've always used booster pumps with my set ups in the past, it's just that, at the moment, I'm having a little trouble with the pressure switch on the present pump I'm using. It insists on cutting in and turning the pump off very time it detects a drop in flow/pressure.
I was attempting to create an uninterrupted flow of water directly from the tap to the pump in an effort to negate the fluctuations in pressure that seem to be responsible for triggering pump's flow/pressure switch.
As I already employ your recommended, pump after filers and before RO arrangement, changing that order would then mean that the pre-filters would be subjected to a much greater pressure.
Thanks again!
Nick
