Another argument provoking thread lol I love em,some will always say commercial in theory they are right but only if you hang on to the work year in year out. There are so many firms now cleaning 1000 jobs for 3-400 though these days, fantastic money can be earned with commercial but no where near as much as 10-15 years ago it's cut throat your just a number they'll get rid of you as quick as they got you.

Commercial in most cases. I have work which i have cleaned for 10 and more years. Just get yourself a good repitation. Now we are in good times the taps are turned back on , happy days.

It depends on what you class as commercial, I have a few commercial that could be classed as large domestic so the
pricing is similar, specialised commercial work such as in Slacks photos would be different as it would require a skillset
that every man and his dog wouldn't have therefore demanding better pricing.

Now there's a word in the window cleaning world not used too often !!! ;D Probably for good reason.

Commercial for me, I don't mean shops but blocks of flats and office blocks. They give me the highest hourly rate over several hours, very few van moves just non stop cleaning at very high hourly rates.
