Title: Experienced builders cleaner required
Post by: sunshine windows on November 03, 2016, 01:41:44 pm
I've been asked to price up a builders clean which I reckon will take one man about a week to do properly.

There's quit a bit of muck on the glass, but I've been assured I won't be held liable for any damage to glass. Will get this in writing to be sure.

I really can't be arsed to clean it, so hit me with some prices for a weeks work including access hire in stepped areas. Maximum height is around 35ft.

I'll put a small percentage on top of your weekly rate and quote the job.

I'm sure one of your many franchisees would like the opportunity to earn some extra wedge just before Christmas no?

More like who want's to pay out for chems, picker hire etc upfront, Take a week out from earning good money. Then possibly wait months to get paid...Sod that.  ::)roll

None of the franchisees have any experience in this type of cleaning. Absolutely zero builders cleans between them and they can barely clean a window trad.

Smurf's hit the nail on the head. It would need to be incredibly well paid for me to even consider it.

I don't know how anyone would want to give a price without seeing a job like that fist and doing a proper RAMS too.

I would mate, but am ambushed with work at the moment. I always like new work, the worst thing about this job is the tedium, if your stuck Ill pop out and have a look with you if you like. Take it from here.

Van looks fine up there ;) Not going anywhere, getting it down might not be straight forward, we’ll worry about that when the time comes. ;)

The panels came up nice!
The poor ogre cleaning them gets to look at his reflection though, that's why he looks so miserable ;D ;D

I know, I would’ve jumped if that’d been me.

I’ve got another nice job with this company coming up soon. The building these panels are on, they want the cladding cleaned on it. Its not dirty, but hey ho who am I to say otherwise. The ol' wallet will be splitting at the seams by the time I finish that job.

I'll put some pics up just for you and your mutual masticator to orgasm over.
