Hi chaps

I'm not exactly sure what the orange stuff on this roof is.. any ideas? Would AlgoClear do the trick?

algoclear would do it but takes a little time  to work
or Hypo for instant results

Looks to me going by the pic the orange/yellowish staining on the tiles is lichen growth.
It goes without saying the rest of the house need a good clean too...YEHAA!  lol

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

It's a big block of flats. We're cleaning the gutters, fascias etc and been asked to clean that bit of the roof, it's just a section on the back and on one side. I will go AlgoClear I think and brush it in, will also quote for the whole roof.
