Title: Method statement & Risk assentment forms

Does anyone have a generic Method and Risk assessment forms they can share with me please  ;D

I do not do a lot of carpet cleaning these days and of course my old PC that went to heaven had these statements on it :(

Why should anyone "send over " any form of statement ?
If you are a professional  carpet cleaner then pay for and organise your own !.
We spend several thousand £'s a year to comply , why shouldn't you ?

It costs me £18 a year to have my RAMS looked at and reviewed, that makes me insurance backed , even for some hazardous sites and food factories.
