I've just used what I had at the time which was an old 25L pure freedom trolley like this http://www.purefreedom.co.uk/special-offers/pure-freedom-25-litre-trolley-with-charger.html
All I've done is strapped the gas bottle where the container would go and on the other side mounted the heater to the frame as I use it mostly static in the van. However the heater and gas bottle can be easaly removed as I like the option to be able to use the trolley for a multiple of uses even portable if/when required.
Hozelock fittings are fine as long as you don't run the heater too hot or the hose tends to go very soft and may pop out of the conectors.
I did say my van looked a bit of a mess inside but all the same works for me...
Best I don't show you the back as it's even worse than that ;D ;D

thats quality , bit of mess looks like it gets proper use, i'm thinking of strapping it to one of my old sack trucks, i only have a berlingo so if i had a heater fitted i'd never get my pressure washer in , but that idea is a eureka moment lol,

If you think that looks bad you should have seen my berlingo lol
