I haven't really needed or come across work that's required me to use these. Av had a little look at the older posts, but nothing great, and due to h&s on this little job av got I need to pick one up.
Any suggestions on them or best pads to use on poles, no tadgh about to suggest waffle cloths
The outside of the glass on the staircase extends down past the staircase so it's well out of reach to just trad, it also has 2 x round fixing on same side near the bottom of every piece which if poled trad would have runs an not look good......
Tried unger pads today on pole, we're am spraying one pad up with pure, then polishing with a dry one, but results are shocking.
Is it the pads or is it a case of multiple cleans before result show up
Help appreciated guys

Which unger pads ???
Whatever system you use if they have not been done for a while will require 2 go's to get a decent finish
Pure is not good enough as you will have a greasy film on the glass from hands and breath etc...
Mix pure with white vinegar and a glass cleaner to cut through this, you will need a long pile pad to start then the smoother pads to finish

i use the unger pads there ok on clean glass but not good on dirty glass u need lots of clean pads to do a big job lol but u can get a streak free finish but its hard work i think a wagtail on a wfp pole is easer the wagtail pc is good as it has a longer pad so easer to flip at hight

i use just the green ones not the gray find them beta to be honist

the unger stingray soap looks good ,those inturnel glass looks like they would come up good with a inrurnal kit as they only get finger prints not to dirty
-
for the other surfaces get bar keepers friend
i get my pad holders from here
http://www.paragonmicrofibre.com/mops-bases-handles
also the small mops are good but you will need a medium size pad holder (base)
these pads for dirty stuff

if they sre new i suspect you have residue of other cleaning products on the glass that pure is reacting with the WV should overcome this
