 Hi I have some old one step that has crystallised in the bottom of the container how do you de crystallise it or is it OK to use

I haven't seen onestep for, probably, over 10 years. See if the V & A want it - otherwise, throw it away.

The answer is if any one else has the same problem HOT WATER
