Hi,
Been asked to quote a 2 storey commercial building. 60 windows in total. They want a price for outsides and then a quote to do insides as well. Some insides are bad a some have oil smudges on them as in a workshop. How would you remove the oil? Any idea what I should quote? Thanks in advance,
Steve

£125 in and £125 out if a straight forward building, regarding oil if dried on and microfibres dont work id use a little paint thinner or white spirit on a rag which will eat through it quicker than most things, make sure you dont use too much of it though as stinks to high heaven.

Any more info. What commercial building, would having cleaner windows add to the business ie dressed windows or car display etc. How long would it take you to clean, would you be required to go out of hours ie early morning, late evening etc.
To me these additional factors come into the pricing structure

Not enough info.
The oil could be a pain. Takeaways are bad enough

Most of it is offices apart from 10 windows in a workshop that have some oil on. It's quite a large building so doing insides would take the longest time. Usual sellotape and blue tac stuck on them. I work on my own but I might need to bring someone in to help. Im sure it would take a full day on insides. Outside wouldn't take as long. All done daytime.

Just mention oil to an American and they'll soon move in and take over.
Fat moddeds, they are.
Ryder Cup's on and they are more unbearable.....well, since the last Ryder Cup.
U-S-A.....U-S-A....
