Title: Rebranding your business
Post by: Steven Butler on September 26, 2016, 05:31:48 am
Has anyone ever rebranded? New name...new logo...new website....

If so why did you do it? Did you benefit from it?

Was just reading something about it so wondered if any cc business had done it.

I had to in 2000 when I packed in a franchise after 10 years, I'm still here so it went OK.  ;D

I'm thinking of doing it to appeal to a different, specific customer base. I'm thinking it will  be a good way to market to previous customers also, as it gives me another excuse to contact them.

Why not just develop another business to run alongside gives you option to double impact adds different phone number and web site etc  gives you more exposure in the market place . Half the time customers can't remember who they used  last time. We have 2 trading named but most of my customers seem to know me as John the carpet cleaner. That will be my next point of attack.
