Title: lowest rung of the ladder
Post by: sunshine windows on September 24, 2016, 01:42:55 pm
Following on from the 'Sky's the limit' thread.

How many window cleaners are actually claiming benefits, either because they simply cannot earn over a certain threshold or are deliberately ripping off the taxman  ;D

I get the impression there's quite a few who ought to be on income support.

I know a couple they are called lazy arseholes just do enough before they have to go and pick the kids up coz the overweight wife's watching Jeremy Kyle, these are one of the reasons WCs still get comments like when are you gonna get a proper job.

Totally agree Nathan, went out for a few pints come back and all sorts of hell must have broken out, threads removed
locked and 8 weekly still crying on the latest wind up post.
Now sunshine also seems to have thrown a hissy fit, to be honest guys this does nothing to Improve the image of window
cleaning still being the occupation of the village idiot.

Well his village has a lack of window cleaners so he must be the idiot in his village if he can't build a decent business:

One advantage I found was that even though some people aren't happy with their present shiner they are reluctant to move
encase they end up with somebody who will clean for six months and then quit leaving them with nobody.
Seeing that I had sign written the van gave the impression that I was in it for the long haul therefore making me less of a flight
risk in the eyes of the customer.

That seems an odd thing to say if there's no decent window cleaning business around who has a track record of consistency.  :P :P

Where do you live Sean?

Why ? I am more than happy with what I earn for the hours I work and have never said other, if you cant grasp that there will
be certain areas in the UK where for what ever reason prices wont be as good then what's the point of going round and round
getting nowhere.
I may have to employ four to get the same turnover as you would with two but its no big deal.
My God I'm far calmer with a few pints, need to drink more often. lol.

Iv really ruffled his feathers, so I have to take customers from other shiners which means my village has a lack of shiners. (roll eyes) did you mean my village had the lack of good shiners ? yes luckily it did as 80% of my work was taken from them.

I'm just waiting for matt's 2 pictures of his big houses and stevie's usual "will to live sapping" innuendoes of what a big concern he is! (particularly to his mum). You could run a 5000kW anaerobic digester with the bovine manure produced by these two wannabes alone! ;D
 You're such an inspiration guys!

That's not doing well, that's doing too much.

Try increasing your prices a bit and working only five days a week.

Keep the weekends for the fun stuff and recharging your batteries.

He has a lad two days a week and the Saturday work is in addition to regular 4 weekly work is how it reads. Glass half empty again tinged with masses of jealousy. I reckon he's making £50k profit. By any thinking that's a nice business. You are very bitter little man Sean. Try some exercise or something to have some good feelings inside of you. Honestly, I don't know of anyone else like you.
