Hi Alex, the metel bands on my extream 47 are starting to turn around on the pole. Is there any way to glue them back down?  Thanks

These metal bands can be glued if needed.

If the pole is under 12 months old then we can sort these issues out for you under warranty - please contact our Customer Service team on 01726 66400 or sales@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk

If the pole is over 12 months old then please drop me an email on alex@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk with some photos of the affected metal bands. I can then help with some instructions on how to do this.
